  1. REGULAR

  2. Monitors daily site/product performances; and any site operational concerns; directs Cluster Heads & Branch Heads or their authorized representative(s) to adapt appropriate actions; secures the Operations Manager's and/or Business Unit Head's approval, if necessary.

  3. Monitors progress of site activities which are vital for the achievement of the area's business, strategic and operational plans; directs Cluster Heads & Branch Heads to adapt appropriate remedial actions, if necessary.

  4. Communicates (through formal document) to the Operations Manager and/or concerned department/personnel the following Site needs:

  5. Marketing/promotional needs

  6. Technical and Engineer/construction-related needs

  7. Training/productivity-related needs

  8. Manpower-related needs

  9. Any other concerns that will have impact on the site efficiency and profitability.

  10. Participates in coordination meetings for any project/concerns of his/her area that requires support from concerned department/personnel.

  11. Oversees implementation of special operations programs in his/her area such as marketing/promotional activities; training/productivity programs, product launch, special events and any similar activities.

  12. Review, evaluates, approves or revises site proposals (i.e. program change; local store marketing; cost-pay-out schemes; product mix changes, and any other site performance improvement plans); secures the Operations Manager's approval.

  13. Oversees competitive check and customer feedback processes.

  14. Performs administrative functions:

  15. Checks, approves, or disapproves leaves/overtimes filed by Cluster Head & Branch Heads and other personnel under his/her direct supervision.

  16. Reviews, approves and controls all disbursements or procurements of his/her sites within his/her authority level.

  17. Recommends, or certifies disciplinary actions for Branch Heads and other personnel under his/her direct supervision.

  18. PERIODIC

  19. Spearheads, provides direction and finalizes the annual business, strategic and operational plans of his/her area down to individual sites.

  20. Evaluates his/her area's performances versus the annual business, strategic and operational plans (weekly; monthly; quarterly; annually); leads his/her sites to formulate remedial actions or re-directions of the plans.

  21. Ensures that business permits, safety inspection certificates, City Ordinance, PAGCOR permits and other regulatory requirements of local government are secured on time and are safely stored/displayed in the site.

  22. Implements the Performance Management System:

  23. Evaluates the Branch Managers and other personnel under his/her direct supervision and makes recommendations.

  24. Reviews and certifies the performance evaluation and recommendations for all site staff.

  25. Reviews and certifies or revises recommendations from Branch Heads/Cluster Heads (outside Performance Evaluation) for any career movement of site personnel; forwards recommendations to the Area Manager, if necessary.

  26. Conducts periodic teambuilding and /or coaching for his Branch Manager and/or branch staff.

  27. OCCASSIONAL

  28. Conducts monthly spot check on sites.

  29. Conducts Branch Operations Audit on sites.

  30. Coordinates with LGU, PAGCOR, or Mall Administration regarding any concerns, as the need arises.

  31. Resolves gaming disputes or customer complaints not resolvable at the Branch Manager level.

  32. Actively participates in the evaluation New Products, including details such as game mechanics, cost-payout schemes, operational and administrative procedures, targets, etc.
