DUTY (Critical/key obligation to perform)

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

· Perform electrical installations, wiring, and connections according to project plans, specifications, and electrical codes.

· Layout and bend all types and sizes of conduits, including PVC, IMC, and EMT, with minimal supervision from the Leadman or Foreman.

HYDRAULIC BENDER OPERATION:

· Operate hydraulic bender equipment to bend conduits accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper alignment and compliance with design requirements.

TERMINATION AND SPLICING:

· Conduct termination and splicing works for electrical circuits, cables, and wires, ensuring secure and reliable connections.

TORUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE:

· Diagnose electrical problems, faults, and malfunctions using testing equipment and techniques.

· Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance tasks to restore electrical systems to proper working condition.

SAFETY COMPLIANCE:

· Adhere to safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

· Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards or incidents to the Leadman or Foreman.

COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION:

· Communicate effectively with the Leadman, Foreman, and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure project objectives are met.

· Collaborate with other trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve project milestones.

PROFILE OF JOB / POSITION HOLDER

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification as an Electrician is required.

PASSED ELECTRICIAN 3 REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Electrician 2 or in a similar role in electrical construction or related field.

· Successfully passed all requirements of Electrician 2 and trade test for Electrician 3 conducted by the Foreman and approved by the Project Manager.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Proficiency in layout and bending of all types and sizes of conduits, including PVC, IMC, RSC, and EMT, with minimal supervision.

· Ability to operate hydraulic bender equipment and perform termination, splicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance works.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

· Good communication skills to effectively convey information, instructions, and feedback to team members, stakeholders, and management.

· Ability to collaborate with others, work as part of a team, and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php24,000.00 per month
