We are looking for an experienced Data Steward to join our Transparency Services team. You will manage U.S. transparency compliance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency for aggregate spend and samples reporting. Work closely with internal teams and clients to extract, analyze, and remediate data while supporting reporting and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, transform, and integrate data from Excel, financial systems, and other sources.
  • Perform data quality checks, identify issues, and implement remediation plans.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compliance decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects with independent timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant data.
  • Recommend process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, data management, or compliance reporting.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Access, SQL, Power Query, Notepad.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible to work in U.S. time zones during peak reporting periods.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of aggregate spend reporting, transparency compliance, or pharma data management.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks or compliance reporting tools.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
