Position: Sr. Brand Marketing Manager Location: Manila, Philippines Work setup & shift: Dayshift/Hybrid We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to take the lead in strengthening our market presence and driving business growth. This pivotal role will oversee all brand initiatives, ensuring consistency, alignment, and maximum impact across the organization and the marketplace. You will serve as the core brand champion, translating strategy into effective campaigns and mentoring a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 1. Brand Strategy and Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive, future-proof brand strategies that reinforce our market positioning and directly contribute to business growth. Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, fostering an environment of high performance, professional development, and creative excellence. Serve as the organizational steward for brand governance, ensuring consistency and strict adherence to branding standards across all internal and external communication channels. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to proactively refine brand positioning and strategy. Develop and maintain the official brand style guide and associated documentation. 2. Marketing Execution and Campaign Management Lead the creation and end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's core value proposition and meet defined customer needs. Manage relationships and workflows with external agencies and vendors for critical brand initiatives, including creative development, digital campaigns, and media buying. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, aligning brand initiatives seamlessly with overarching business objectives. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically Sales, Market Intelligence, and Client Implementation , to ensure comprehensive brand alignment and cohesive execution across all initiatives. 4. Performance and Reporting Define, measure, and regularly report on the effectiveness of all branding strategies through a defined set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Use performance data and insights to make agile adjustments to tactics and strategies as needed to optimize results.
