As part of ongoing leadership renewal, our Client is seeking a Head of Risk to lead the full spectrum of enterprise‑wide risk management for its digital bank in the Philippines. This Executive will serve as the principal steward of the Bank’s risk posture, shaping strategy, establishing governance, and ensuring strong engagement with regulators, senior leadership, and Group counterparts. The CRO will oversee the Bank’s integrated risk framework covering Operational, Fraud, IT & Cyber, Data Governance, Credit, Market, Liquidity, Model, and Enterprise Risk. The Head of Risk will be accountable for building and refining the Bank’s risk appetite, limits structure, risk reporting architecture, and cross‑functional risk controls. The role requires close partnership with business, finance, product, and technology teams to embed risk considerations into decision‑making and new initiatives. The Executive will also lead capital‑related risk planning, scenario analysis, and stress testing, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and Group standards. Responsibilities Lead enterprise‑wide risk management and oversee the integrated risk framework. Build and refine risk appetite, limits structure, and risk reporting architecture. Develop and implement cross‑functional risk controls and embed risk considerations into business decisions. Lead capital‑related risk planning, scenario analysis, and stress testing in line with regulatory and Group standards. Collaborate with business, finance, product, and technology teams to ensure risk is integrated into initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of senior risk management experience within a bank or digital‑led financial institution. Strong track record in policy design, enterprise risk oversight, and regulatory engagement. Deep understanding of Philippine banking regulations, global risk frameworks, and the operational realities of a fast‑growing digital bank. Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a high‑velocity environment.
