The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: IT Core Services (ITCS) is Dexcom’s global backbone for identity, collaboration, and core infrastructure. We design, secure, and operate Active Directory/Entra ID, Okta, and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online for a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company. We partner closely with Security, Compliance, and Application teams to ship secure, scalable services that enable Dexcom to focus on transforming diabetes care. Where you come in: Administer and harden Okta: manageSSO integrations (SAML/OIDC),SCIM provisioning ,group lifecycle ,app assignments , andOkta Workflows automation for workforce and service identities. Operate and improve Active Directory and Entra ID: maintaindomain controllers ,DNS ,GPOs ,hybrid identity ,Conditional Access ,PIM , andRBAC . Lead Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration: overseemail flow andtransport ,retention andeDiscovery ,Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive governance , and hygiene. Implement onboarding standards for applications: enforceOkta SSO ,SCIM ,MFA ,least privilege , andsecure transport in partnership withSecurity and application owners. Leverage the Workday-driven identity and Self-Service Groups platform forrole-based access ; supportIGA cycles, includingaccess reviews ,certifications , andaudit evidence . Monitor and respond usingobservability and alerting tools ; driveincident ,problem , andchange management practices; and contribute torunbooks . Produce audit artifacts, such asconfiguration snapshots ,logs , andaccess attestations, to supportSOX ITGC ,HIPAA , andFDA requirements . Participate in on-call rotation andplanned maintenance windows , coordinating withU.S., EMEA, and APAC teams . What makes you successful: Okta & IAM depth: SAML/OIDC, SCIM, app onboarding, group strategy, and Okta Workflows; practical experience applying MFA and least privilege. AD/Entra ID expertise: Hybrid identity, GPO/replication troubleshooting, conditional access and PIM, and identity protection signals. PowerShell/automation: Scripting at scale across AD, M365, and Entra; familiarity with Microsoft Graph. M365/Exchange administration: Transport rules, mail hygiene, retention/eDiscovery, Teams/SharePoint governance. Security mindset: Threat-informed configurations, logging/telemetry, service account hygiene, and change control discipline. Audit & documentation: Clear change records, diagrams, SOPs, and audit evidence for regulated environments. Collaboration: Partner effectively with Security, App Owners, and HR/TA data stewards; communicate clearly during incidents and post-incident reviews.
