HR and Admin Officer

HR OFFICER SCOPE OF WORK :
Reports to the General Manager on matters pertaining to human resources issues and concerns.
Works with department leads on resource planning and needs. Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process.
Manages the onboarding and offboarding processes
4.Oversees benefits management: Payroll, government-mandated benefits, salary package
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensures policies and practices implemented are relevant and up-to-date.
Addresses employee query or concerns regarding HR matters.
Oversees all employee engagement activities and company-wide activities
Oversees other admin tasks: Government mandated reports, DOLE reports, office administration, supplies inventory, timekeeping monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's Degree in BS in Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resources Management or any related course
-With at least 1-4 years of relevant work experience
-Knowledgeable with benefits administration and reports
-Effective communication and presentation skills
-Good negotiation skills
-Systematic, organized, analytical and keen to details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
