Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing:Accurately calculating salaries, overtime, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Government-Mandated Benefits:Managing employee contributions and claims for programs like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Employee Benefits Administration:Overseeing health insurance, leave credits, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee Support:Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of payroll, benefits, and other relevant data for audits and compliance purposes.
Specific Tasks:
- Payroll processing:Including timekeeping, salary computation, deduction management, and payout reports.
- Government reporting:Preparing and submitting reports for SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF (Pag-IBIG), and BIR (tax).
- Benefit enrollment and administration:Managing enrollment, changes, and exclusions for various benefits programs.
- Compliance:Ensuring all compensation and benefits practices are in line with current laws and regulations.
- Exit processing:Handling final pay and clearance for employees leaving the company.
- Auditing and reporting:Conducting regular audits and generating reports on compensation and benefits activities.
- Research and analysis:Researching market compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
- Training and support:Providing training and support to employees on compensation and benefits processes.
- Liaison with government agencies: Representing the company in dealings with government agencies related to benefits and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience with payroll processing and benefit administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
