Job Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:Accurately calculating salaries, overtime, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Government-Mandated Benefits:Managing employee contributions and claims for programs like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Employee Benefits Administration:Overseeing health insurance, leave credits, and other company-sponsored benefits.
  • Compliance:Ensuring adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Employee Support:Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of payroll, benefits, and other relevant data for audits and compliance purposes.

Specific Tasks:

  • Payroll processing:Including timekeeping, salary computation, deduction management, and payout reports.
  • Government reporting:Preparing and submitting reports for SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF (Pag-IBIG), and BIR (tax).
  • Benefit enrollment and administration:Managing enrollment, changes, and exclusions for various benefits programs.
  • Compliance:Ensuring all compensation and benefits practices are in line with current laws and regulations.
  • Exit processing:Handling final pay and clearance for employees leaving the company.
  • Auditing and reporting:Conducting regular audits and generating reports on compensation and benefits activities.
  • Research and analysis:Researching market compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
  • Training and support:Providing training and support to employees on compensation and benefits processes.
  • Liaison with government agencies: Representing the company in dealings with government agencies related to benefits and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefit administration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
