Basic Function

The HR Generalist originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

The HR Generalist coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs ; and assists and advises company managers about HR issues

  • Can do manual payroll, compenben, labor relation and recruitment

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management.

Experiential Requirements: 1-3 years related work experience; exposure in Real Estate industry is an advantage but no required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
