We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR CompenBen person to manage daily timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and employee benefits administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and accurate timekeeping coordination while supporting employee welfare through efficient handling of government and other company-provided benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

Timekeeping & Attendance:

  • Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and leaves using biometric systems or manual logs.
  • Validate and consolidate Daily Time Records (DTR) and attendance summaries.
  • Coordinate with department heads for schedule changes, official business, and overtime approvals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Issue and track leave forms, OB (Official Business) slips, and overtime request forms.
  • Maintain updated records of employee attendance and timekeeping data.
  • Timekeeping system administrations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Handle the processing of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and employee loans.
  • Assist in filing and monitoring sickness and maternity claims, reimbursements, and other benefit-related requests.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external providers for concerns and follow-ups.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to their benefits or contribution updates.

General HR Support:

  • Assist in other HR administrative tasks as required – memo issuance and its monitoring & posting, clearances, schedule, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in HR timekeeping, compensation and benefits, or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with timekeeping systems/HRIS.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance, especially due to time-sensitive timekeeping processing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits procedures is highly preferred.
