Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology and other related courses.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Food and Beverage Industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices - with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment, Employee Labor & Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels.
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity with confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
