The role requires both creative direction and hands-on supervision to deliver outputs that reflect the company's brand identity and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise designers, writers, and video editors in producing marketing materials for print, digital, and retail use.
  • Translate marketing briefs into effective creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand direction.
  • Maintain consistency in brand visuals and messaging across all channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Trade teams in campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage creative timelines, revisions, and approvals to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee creative asset management and ensure compliance with brand identity standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in creative direction, design supervision, or marketing content production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a marketing or retail environment is an advantage.
