Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Create and execute campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Support the maintenance and update of the company website and social media profiles.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 2 years as a Marketing Associate or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific trends or tools] is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php11, Php12,000.00 per month
