The Paralegal Assistant will assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings by conducting research, organizing case files, and preparing legal documents. This role requires a detail-oriented individual skilled in legal processes who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Maintains a systematic Recordkeeping System to reflect the updated status of corporate documents of Member Companies
  • Monitors pending corporate applications
  • Assists in filing various pleadings with different courts
  • Assists Legal Counsel in the preparation of documents that require immediate action.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents for and attends to notarial services needed by the Member Companies
  • Serve as a liaison to various government agencies.
  • Assists in special projects of the department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,000.00 per month
