Draft legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with precision. Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review. Assist in case management and maintain organized files. Collaborate with attorneys on strategy development for cases. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. Monitor deadlines and manage schedules effectively. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal or similar role. Proficient in legal research tools and document management systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
