Our core clients are in the gaming industry, specifically i-casino and iGaming companies. We help them improve their platforms by enhancing user engagement and providing new opportunities for growth. Our goal is to ensure that our clients experience an excellent digital that is interactive and dynamic.

This role will play a crucial part in supporting our legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and contractual obligations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth business operations while maintaining compliance with gaming and payment regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including operator and supplier contracts, affiliate agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing contracts to support business operations.
• Coordinate and oversee KYC/KYB processes
  for partners, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage licensing activities
  , including the preparation, filing, renewal, and maintenance of business, regulatory, and gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle the submission and processing of applications for game-related licensing and certifications
  , ensuring timely and accurate completion of requirements.
• Conduct research on international regulatory frameworks
  , including iGaming and game distribution regulations from other regions/countries.
• Monitor and interpret B2B and B2C regulatory requirements
  , ensuring the company's operations, partnerships, and products adhere to applicable laws.
• Assist with regulatory compliance
  by preparing and submitting required documents, reports, and filings to relevant authorities.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date databases
  of contracts, licenses, regulatory filings, legal correspondence, and compliance documents for audit and internal monitoring.
• Liaise with internal departments
  —such as Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Business Development—to ensure timely execution of legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.
• Track contract and license timelines
  , including expirations, renewals, and reporting deadlines, ensuring proactive compliance and business continuity.
• Draft legal correspondence
  , internal memos, compliance summaries, and regulatory filings as needed.
• Conduct basic legal research
  and prepare summaries or recommendations on regulatory updates, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Address legal concerns involving the company, clients, employees, and third-party entities
  , providing support or coordination with external counsel as needed.
• Provide general administrative and operational support
  to the Legal, Compliance, and Licensing teams to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.
• Handle ad-hoc projects
  and special assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Political Science, Law, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in legal, paralegal, compliance, or administrative support roles (iGaming experience is an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with
  contracts, gaming compliance requirements, and industry regulatory frameworks

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth gaming environment.
