What the role will entail Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidatesScreen, assess, and interview applicants to ensure they meet role requirements and qualificationsCollaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align recruitment strategiesManage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding while providing an excellent candidate experienceMaintain an effective applicant tracking system and generate reports on recruitment metrics What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferably in banking or financial servicesProven track record of successfully sourcing and placing across junior to executive levelsProficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and benefitsPerformance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individualsOpportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by themDefined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
