Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and job offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for technical and back-office roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and other networks. Conduct initial screenings, behavioral interviews, and technical assessments where applicable. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR and management to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within technical services, IT, engineering, or back-office operations. Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
