Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative role involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling maintenance requests, and providing property management information via phone and email. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls.
  • Process voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with managers regarding special requests or issues.
  • Understand and adhere to community care standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Return all phone calls as per policy.
  • Perform additional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Community Care Department.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO or call center setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be assertive and eloquent.
  • Familiarity with remote work setups.
  • A dedicated workstation at home is necessary.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Comfortable using technology.
  • Experience in Property Management is an asset.

  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor.
  • RAM: 2 GB or more.
