Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, processing customer orders, and escalating complex issues to supervisors or other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through positive interactions and effective communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using available tools to provide quick resolutions.
  • Process customer orders and purchases efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; vocational degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 6-12 months of work experience in a customer-facing environment is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of computer navigation and MS Office applications is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.
