Customer Experience Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume customer contacts and communications via phone and email daily
  • Use search and productivity tools to verify customer information
  • Conduct regular health checks to gauge product satisfaction and value completion
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products to address customer objections intelligently
  • Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls, and emails
  • Capture customer expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and potential abandonment – 'Voice of the Customer'
  • Address customer concerns through appropriate communication channels
  • Collaborate with teams and management to promote positive customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service
  • Prior success in achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Ability to learn new technology and data quickly
  • Process orientation and ability to follow established call scripts
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Willingness to work from home
