Job Overview

This is a great opportunity to join our team as a QA Manager and take on a challenging role in ensuring the highest quality of service for our healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Quality Assurance function for the Healthcare BPO account.
  • Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve high service levels and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client-specific requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a PHRN or USRN license, significant experience in quality management, strong knowledge of healthcare BPO operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
