Healthcare Quality Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Quality Manager to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. This is a highly rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for quality improvement.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of 5-10 SQ TLs spread across different LOBs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Cultivate and support Quality & Process Improvement teams to drive meaningful change through defined quality improvement tasks.
- Prioritize and allocate improvement projects based on internal and external quality data, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess progress made on improvement projects and implement necessary course corrections to ensure planned results are achieved.
- Develop and implement plans for continuous education across SQ function in the location, enhancing employee skill and knowledge.
- Build cross-domain expertise among team members to enhance their skill and knowledge.
- Identify tools, techniques, and methodologies required to upgrade competency of team members to deliver breakthrough results.
- Coordinate with training teams for redesigning online and entry-level training modules and TNI for existing associates.
- Participate in client calls whenever necessary, representing Quality alongside SQ TLs.
- Drive performance management initiatives for SQ function at the location, promoting accountability and transparency.
- Establish visual display systems for each team's performance on the floor - Visual Factory.
- Drive Six Sigma culture across the location, embedding it into the organization's DNA.
- Act as a single point of contact for all quality-related activities of the location.
About You:
- You must be a graduate or postgraduate in any discipline with a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
- Experience in Healthcare BPO organizations is highly advantageous.
- You should have sound knowledge on various quality improvement tools and techniques like Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.
- Managed a team of 6-8 team members previously.
- You must have proven process improvement experience to enhance delivered quality.
