Job Description:
As the USRN - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a healthcare BPO team. Your role will involve managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective execution of processes, and meeting the client's service delivery goals. You will work closely with other departments to maintain high-quality service and manage operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operations for healthcare-related BPO accounts.
Supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including USRNs and PHRNs, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
Oversee performance metrics, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards.
Handle escalated issues and provide guidance to the team on complex healthcare-related matters.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and development initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs and generate performance reports for clients and management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Valid USRN and PHRN licenses (must be active).
At least 3 to 4 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the healthcare BPO industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in healthcare BPO operations, including service delivery, compliance, and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in Ortigas and during night shifts.
