- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems
