Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support professional who possesses:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to six months of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems
