Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients via online chat, email, and phone calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
  • Participate in the creation of knowledge base articles and other documentation to improve customer self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on new features and technologies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with chat platforms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
