About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers as they adopt our platform for integration and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements and lead solution design processes jointly with them.
  • Provide technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to help them achieve value quickly.
  • Share best practices from a business and technical perspective related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to review customer requirements and feedback and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
  • Become a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers within the organization.
  • Participate in post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on integration and process optimizations.
  • Contribute to the growth of our team by creating content such as presentations, demos, and online courses for use by customers and the extended team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
  • Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.
  • Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation.
  • Experience working with Integration Platforms and cloud business apps is a plus.
