Solution specialists play a vital role in assisting project teams in delivering high-quality results. As a senior solutions specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers and delivering long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps.
- Confirm customer requirements and document them accurately
- Consult with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using best practices
- Develop and implement SQL code to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in the customer's Dayforce instance
- Modify XML and XSLT code to meet customer requirements
- Plan and execute projects using effective time estimation and progress tracking
- Communicate regularly with customers and provide timely updates on project status
- Prioritize multiple projects for each customer and maintain strong relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database systems
- Expertise in programming languages, HTML, and Microsoft Server Technology
- Technical knowledge of XML and XSLT
