Job Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT support organization, you will provide top-notch customer service, efficient resolution times, and expert insight into general and sometimes complex technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote resolutions for common IT problems (PCs, Macs, Chromebooks) while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze and apply policies to develop effective solutions that meet users' needs within defined guidelines.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met while interacting with customers, completing tasks, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support other IT staff with operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide training to all staff on new hardware and software as needed.
  • Responsible for resolving escalated and executive-level support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team, catering to both end-users and other IT staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Experience troubleshooting PC, Mac, and Chromebook issues remotely, including software and hardware-related problems.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as JAMF and Kaseya.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDP) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning.
Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field. IT-related certifications are desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and able to collaborate with AI-driven technologies.
