Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer success unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers achieve success with our SaaS product by providing responsive support, proactive solutions, and delivering a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, as well as providing ongoing training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions and troubleshooting issues
  • Customer Education: Offer ongoing training and guidance on product features, updates, and best practices
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate more complex issues to senior members of the customer success or technical teams
  • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer success, support, or account management role within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
