Solutions Expert

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Solutions Expert, someone who can leverage their technical expertise to drive product value and sales success.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for solving complex customer problems through innovative solutions. They will be responsible for engaging in functional and technical discussions with customers, understanding their requirements and pain points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the product's value, addressing customer needs effectively.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-finding sessions, including technical questionnaires, for customers with varying levels of complexity.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of our product suite, including front-end and back-end functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical product functional issues, sales processes, and propose effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering and Management within the Technology sector.
