The Role of HR Manager

This position is ideal for a strategic and experienced professional who can develop and implement human resources leadership across multiple facets, including Culture Management, Onboarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, etc.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, with 7+ years' experience in Human Resources. US HR experience is strongly preferred, along with PHR or SHRM Certification.

The selected candidate will collaborate with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity. They will also create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with international HR staff to align HR processes with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Support management in drafting Offer Letters and Employment Agreements, coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient onboarding of new employees.
  • Provide guidance to management when complex questions arise, including disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee submission of regulatory reporting.
