Human Capital Strategist Job Title

The Human Capital Strategist will provide expert advice to partners to develop business-driven strategies and execute them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional guidance to partners on human capital strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to support business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively between functional leaders, local management, and employees to achieve common goals.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services in a timely manner.
  • Offer operational HR support to plant and operations leaders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Influence talent acquisition strategies, implement time-sensitive staffing initiatives, and partner with universities and industries to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with teams to identify key talents, design development programs, and drive organizational success through talent review and succession planning exercises.
  • Support business managers in driving performance plans, initiatives, and strategies to achieve local and business objectives.
  • Manage the implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs in line with company policies, statutory requirements, and compliance regulations.
  • Direct employee relations functions, including conflict resolution, discipline, communication, reward practices, employee events, and health and wellness programs, to maintain positive morale and high engagement levels.
  • Manage worker disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, and conduct domestic inquiries when necessary.
  • Counsel and train employees and management on HR policies and programs, ensuring accurate interpretation and application.
  • Represent the organization in labor and ethics audits and provide direction on compliance matters.
  • Support the Data Privacy Officer and ensure compliance with employee documentation, storage, retrieval, and retention standards.
