Job Overview

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients. You'll lead new client implementations, manage timelines, and maintain stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain implementation programs for clients, including timelines, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
  • Own the implementation process end-to-end for assigned accounts, ensuring successful software adoption and training.
  • Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in cross-functional groups to drive enhancements, improve communications, and develop new tools and products.
