
Client Onboarding Specialist

As a key player in our client onboarding process, you will lead the implementation of new clients for mid to large-sized businesses.
You will define and maintain the implementation program, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and stakeholders' expectations. Your expertise will drive end-to-end ownership of the implementation process, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless progress updates and issue resolution.
Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional groups to contribute to the development of enhanced tools, products, and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the implementation program for small to medium-sized clients
- Owning the entire implementation process from start to finish
- Setting realistic expectations with clients and internal teams
- Actively communicating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Assisting with high-priority requests or escalations as needed
- Contributing to cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in client onboarding for SaaS companies
- Payroll knowledge: Familiarity with US payroll processes, either in an implementation capacity or managing payroll in-house
- Basic spreadsheet and database skills, with the ability to quickly learn more
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in startups (1-3 years)
- Familiarity with PH payroll systems
