Implementation Consultant I Job Description

The Implementation Consultant I plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding experience for Propertyware or Buildium's newest and existing customers.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for crafting customized onboarding plans for clients, inclusive of setting accounting and go-live dates, and defining a tailored 'graduation' plan to ensure successful integration of Propertyware or Buildium into their business.

  • Deliver comprehensive kickoff calls and orientation to new customers, setting clear expectations for the onboarding process.
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding strategies for each client, encompassing data import, quality checks, and training on add-on services as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a frictionless customer experience, while proactively identifying areas for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement targeted onboarding programs to enhance client engagement and minimize churn risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality training materials and support resources.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of onboarding initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in software implementation and training.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-touch, personalized onboarding experiences that drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels.
