Job Role

Athena is looking for an experienced Client Onboarding Professional to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully onboarding clients and driving long-term retention outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake calls with new clients to gather a deep understanding of their goals, work habits, and delegation style.
  • Develop and implement personalized onboarding plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition between each stage of the onboarding journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and insights in internal tools and ensure timely updates across systems.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a focus on onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through nuanced conversations about their goals and work habits.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline, able to track key insights across tools and systems with accuracy.
  • Ability to navigate dynamic, remote-first environments with rapid growth.
