Job Opportunity

The Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless new hire experience, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and manage new hire paperwork and background check packages based on client and legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates during the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of required documents and background checks.
  • Review and approve onboarding documents, including employment agreements and client-required forms.
  • Assess background check results, discuss findings with candidates, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Support ongoing compliance requirements, such as license renewals and medical testing.
  • Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress, ensuring transparency with internal teams.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a service-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
