Job Summary

This Manager of Learning Architecture Capabilities is responsible for leading the third-party relationships with our content creation vendors and managing our Learning Content Management System (LCMS). The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical aspects of MS SharePoint and Power Platforms and be a strong relationship builder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team focused on the development of the platform and definition of the business processes for our LCMS.
  • Support the team in identifying technical solutions within Microsoft Share Point and Power Platform Services.
  • Ensure Third Party Lifecycle Management responsibilities are met for all vendor relationships.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of third-party platforms' technical releases and roadmaps.

Requirements

  • A strong background in developing and customizing Microsoft SharePoint, including security architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, etc.
  • Experience with PowerApps formulas and development methods, connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate, APIs, JQuery, JS, and XML.
  • Project management leadership, results-driven mindset, and change management expertise are essential for this role.
