This vacancy is within the Global Mobility – Asia team, which is responsible for assignments and transfers inbound to Asia. If you thrive on supporting others, solving complex problems, and enjoy learning new things, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage moves across various policy types, including long-term international assignments, short-term assignments, commuter assignments, and permanent transfers.
  • Ensure seamless execution of inbound moves to at least one region in Asia or a combination of countries in Asia.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the assignee experience, managing day-to-day service operations with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining tight control over service operations.
  • Proactively seek feedback and suggest improvements to enhance employee experiences.

Requirements:

  • A strong customer focus, excellent stakeholder management/partnering skills, and adeptness at handling sensitive conversations.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, empathy, and cross-cultural awareness.
  • Demonstrate agility and a can-do attitude, recommending quick and pragmatic solutions.
  • An analytical mind, applying critical thinking skills to assess wider implications.
  • Tech-savviness, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
