About the Role

The Enterprise Project Leader will play a key role in the development and implementation of project plans, as well as the management of project teams. Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine and define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  2. Steer and oversee achievement of Project/Program Goals.
  3. Ensure regular alignment of project teams to enable implementation of industry best practices, techniques, and standard methodologies.
  4. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risk management, and progress.
  5. Define and align the program roadmap and resource requirements for each project/program.
  6. Prepare proper change management strategies in order to maximize efficiency and minimize resistance to change.
  7. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Guarantee early identification of IT requirements for the Project/Program and alongside the function ensure planning of delivery and budget allocation.
  9. Lead the Project/Program with a strong attention on strategy, implementation, and delegation.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant field Business Admin/Project Management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a project management environment.
  • Proven experience in managing or coordinating SAP projects, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, Scrum master certification preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • High learning agility and flexibility to adapt to different projects based on business demand.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, leveraging those skills across different cultures and functions.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in English.
