Human Resources Generalist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our global employee population across multiple regions. This role is part of our Global HR Operations team, handling both front-line and back-office operations, ensuring high-quality execution of core processes and delivering a responsive experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, flexibility to work various time zones, and a proven track record in human resources for a global organization. The selected individual will also have hands-on experience with data management in an HRIS, ability to analyze and validate data accurately, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to policies, processes, and tools.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in human resources for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and data management in an HRIS.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
