Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our Global SuccessFactors system within a shared service environment.
This individual contributor role will work closely with 2-3 other team members in the TalentCentral Help Desk, providing customer service and technical support for all HR/Talent/Compensation/Learning modules in the SuccessFactors system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate customer service with quality standards following defined and documented processes
- Run and produce various reports, including ad hoc reports for COE and HR Regional Operations
- Organize and multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Possess strong technical and analytic skills and exhibit creative problem-solving abilities
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision and collaborate with SME/COE to resolve complex queries and requests
- Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience in Shared Services environments
- Advanced computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS-Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Good telephone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with fundamental HR policies and working with HR Business Leads'
