About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as an HR Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our company culture and driving business results through strategic HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make us a top workplace.
  • Ensure alignment of HR processes across all global offices with our company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Support management in complex, sensitive situations, including disciplinary action, staff reductions, and involuntary terminations.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to drive key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory compliance, including EEO-1 Reports, Department of Labor Reports, and ACA Reporting.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management and reduce legal risks.
  • Partner with payroll team to ensure compliance of payroll and tax reporting processes.
  • Manage group benefit plans and administer 401k and other benefits.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints and address teammate grievances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Human Resources required.
  • US HR experience strongly preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, EEO Compliance, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims processing and COBRA.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills, and a dedication to provide outstanding people-care and customer service.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high-quality work.
