Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and provide comprehensive support to our clients.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the HR functions for our clients, including policy review, process development, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Align HR initiatives with business needs, including employee development, succession planning, and organizational culture development.
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor with key client stakeholders, participating in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred.
