We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for administering daily HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and position changes; compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence.

  • This includes providing administrative support to employees and management, answering frequently asked questions relative to standard policies, processes, benefits, etc.
  • You will also participate in new hire orientation and other employee programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • In addition, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, as well as act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role (US)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
