We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of People Operations Coordinator. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for HR and People Experience, with excellent organizational skills and a strong customer service orientation.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

This role involves working closely with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees. The coordinator will provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience:
    • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.
    • Provides support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considers how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
  • HR Administration:
    • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
    • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
    • Manage employee data in the HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Systems, Automation & Reporting:
    • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
    • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
    • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
