Job Role: Sales Relationship Manager

About the Job:

At BillEase, we're seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to spearhead our B2B acquisition strategy. Your primary objective will be to position BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchant marketing strategies to drive sales growth for both small and large merchants. Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support other initiatives as assigned. Gather feedback from merchants to create studies and recommendations for process improvements and innovations. Ensure proper communication of newly launched merchants to our customer base. Provide timely assistance and monitor merchant concerns.

Requirements:

Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or acquisition preferably from payment gateways, e-wallets, ecommerce platforms, or retail. Degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or Economics desirable but not required. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a 'get things done' attitude. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. Customer-centric mindset. Problem solver with strong analytical skills. Collaborative and can work well with other team members.
