Sales Development Manager

At A&A Outsourcing Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HRIS SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business trips to meet clients.
- A competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000.
