The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies for B2B acquisition and positioning BillEase as the preferred alternative payment method for Philippine merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute and support the merchant marketing strategy
  2. Implement different initiatives to drive sales growth for big and small merchants
  3. Coordinate implementation of different initiatives with the merchants and internally
  4. Ensure that merchants follow our branding and comply with agreed marketing initiatives
  5. Improve overall merchant experience
  6. Generate reports and monitor merchant KPIs on a regular basis
  7. Ensure proper communication of newly launched merchants to the customer base
  8. Provide timely assistance and monitor merchants concerns
  9. Work closely with the marketing and business development team and support other initiatives as assigned
  10. Gather feedback from merchants to create studies and recommendations for process improvement and innovations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development/partnership/acquisition preferably from payment gateways, e-wallets, ecommerce platforms, retail
  • Degree in Business, Management, Commerce or Economics desirable but not required
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a "get things done" attitude
  • Passionate about payments and lending products
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Collaborative and can work well with other team members
